At AGL Supply, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
📦 Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Item is not damaged by misuse or improper handling
- Proof of purchase (order number) is provided
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened beauty devices or skincare tools (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved:
- Refund is processed within 5–10 business days
- Refund goes back to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send photos/video of the damage to our support email
- We will offer a full refund or free replacement — no return needed
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your original order and placing a new one.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we are not responsible for lost returns
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
❌ Cancelled Orders
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
- After 24 hours, orders may already be processed with our supplier and cannot be cancelled
📧 How to Start a Return
Email us at info@aglsupply.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if item is damaged or defective
We aim to respond within 24 business hours.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Because we work with international suppliers, return shipping to the original warehouse can be costly. In many cases we will offer a partial refund or store credit as a faster, easier solution for both parties
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and delays caused by customs or carrier issues are outside our control
