AGL Supply — Return & Refund Policy

At AGL Supply, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


📦 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Item is not damaged by misuse or improper handling
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened beauty devices or skincare tools (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • Refund is processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refund goes back to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send photos/video of the damage to our support email
  • We will offer a full refund or free replacement — no return needed

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your original order and placing a new one.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we are not responsible for lost returns
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

❌ Cancelled Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • After 24 hours, orders may already be processed with our supplier and cannot be cancelled

📧 How to Start a Return

Email us at info@aglsupply.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Reason for return
  3. Photos if item is damaged or defective

We aim to respond within 24 business hours.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Because we work with international suppliers, return shipping to the original warehouse can be costly. In many cases we will offer a partial refund or store credit as a faster, easier solution for both parties
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and delays caused by customs or carrier issues are outside our control
