📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched
  • During high demand periods (sales, holidays) processing may take slightly longer

🌍 International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. However please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • AGL Supply has no control over customs delays or charges
  • We are unable to predict what your customs fees may be — we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering

📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email
  • You can track your order at 17track.net or directly on our website
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation
  • If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days please contact us

📬 Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order
  • AGL Supply is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If you notice an error in your address contact us immediately at info@aglsupply.com — we can only make changes within 24 hours of purchase

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • AGL Supply is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
    1. Check with neighbours and building reception
    2. Contact your local post office
    3. If still unresolved contact us at info@aglsupply.com and we will investigate with the carrier

🔁 Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos or video of the damaged item and packaging immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aglsupply.com
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required

❄️ Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to the following:

  • PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)
  • Certain remote islands and restricted territories
  • Countries with active trade restrictions

🎄 Holiday Shipping

During major holidays (Christmas, Chinese New Year, Singles Day) please expect:

  • Processing delays of 3–5 extra business days
  • Longer delivery times due to high carrier volume
  • We recommend ordering at least 4–6 weeks early for guaranteed holiday delivery
