📦 Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched
- During high demand periods (sales, holidays) processing may take slightly longer

🌍 International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. However please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
- AGL Supply has no control over customs delays or charges
- We are unable to predict what your customs fees may be — we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering
📍 Order Tracking
- Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email
- You can track your order at 17track.net or directly on our website
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation
- If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days please contact us
📬 Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order
- AGL Supply is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- If you notice an error in your address contact us immediately at info@aglsupply.com — we can only make changes within 24 hours of purchase
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
- AGL Supply is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
- If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbours and building reception
- Contact your local post office
- If still unresolved contact us at info@aglsupply.com and we will investigate with the carrier
🔁 Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos or video of the damaged item and packaging immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aglsupply.com
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required
❄️ Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to ship to the following:
- PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)
- Certain remote islands and restricted territories
- Countries with active trade restrictions
If you are unsure whether we ship to your location feel free to contact us before ordering.
🎄 Holiday Shipping
During major holidays (Christmas, Chinese New Year, Singles Day) please expect:
- Processing delays of 3–5 extra business days
- Longer delivery times due to high carrier volume
- We recommend ordering at least 4–6 weeks early for guaranteed holiday delivery
